Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, Diptera:Tabanidae members specimens were collected from Eskişehir (Central), Eskişehir (Yarımca), Artvin (Central), Artvin (Yusufeli), Rize (Ayder), Rize (Central), Amasya (Central), Balıkesir (Dursunbey), Adapazarı (Kocaali), İçel (Namrun), Kastamonu (Tosya), Kastamonu (Azdavay), Karabük (Ovacık), Bolu (Abant) ve Edirne (Lalapaşa) areas and their cytochrome oxidase one gene area were amplified with one of the universal primer COI with polymerase chain reaction and had done sequencing. Achieved sequences analysed with Kimura 2 parameter and General Time Reversible Gamma disribution model, than had got phylogenetic trees using Neighbor joining and Maximum Likelihood statistical methods. Based on the results obtained from phylogenetic trees of the group members are geographically divided into 7-8 groups in their species group which proved that the different populations. According to analysis results that are difficult to distinguish morphologically from each other, T. maculicornis, T. miki and T. armeniacus bootstrap value of 90% shared same klad.
