Synthesis of some novel pyrazole derivatives and their structure elucidation

Substituted pyrazoles exhibit a wide variety of biological and pharmacological activities and they have a broad application area both in pharmaceutical and agrochemical industries. Therefore, methods developed for synthesizing these compounds are getting more importance. For this purpose, in this work, we synthezised some novel 3,4,5-tri- and 1,3,4,5-tetrasubstituted pyrazoles from the reaction of ß´?amido?ß?diketones with various hydrazine derivatives. To synthesize ß´?amido?ß?diketones, a new method which doesn?t exist in the litreture was developed. In this method, using benzotriazole methodology, N-(?-amidoalkyl) benzotriazole compounds were synthesized from the reaction between benzotriazole, an amid and aldehyde. Then they were used for the amidoalkilation of 1,3-diketones and ß´?amido?ß?diketones were obtained. All synthesized compounds were identified by various spectroscopic methods.
