Abstract (EN)

The most important problem encountered in antimicrobial therapy today is the development of resistance to most of the antimicrobial drugs, increasing organ and tissue transplantation and the use of immunosuppressive drugs. The development of resistance, which can be caused by different reasons, creates serious problems in the treatment of some infectious diseases, and accordingly, the incidence of mortality and morbidity caused by infectious diseases is gradually increasing. One of the heterocyclic compounds that attract the attention of researchers for use in the treatment of antifungal infections is benzimidazole and triazole rings. Benzimidazole is structurally similar to pürine, and its derivatives could compete with purines. In this study, compounds with benzimidazole and triazole structure will be synthesized. synthesized; The structures of the 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e, 6f, 6g, 6h, 6i, 6j, 6k, and 6l derivatives will be elucidated by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and Mass spectroscopic data. We compared the antifungal effects of the synthesized compounds with in vitro activity tests on four Candida species (C. Albicans, C. Glabrata, C. Krusei, C. Parapsilopsis) with the MIC value of voriconazole and fluconazole as reference drugs and their activities
