Abstract (EN)
In this study, chopped basalt and glass fibers and bio-based polyamides were compounded, interfacial properties were observed, thermal and mechanical properties of these samples were investigated in various reinforcing agent ratios. Several bio-based polyamides which have different bio-content were used as polymer matrix and chopped basalt and glass fibers were used as reinforcing agents. Several ratio reinforcing agents content samples are prepared with twin screw extruders and mechanical, thermal properties are evaluated with tensile, notched izod impact, flexural, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), heat deflection temperature (HDT) tests.
