The search of the relation between the factors of desire for teachi̇ng and the satisfaction of work of physical education teachers

This study aims to measure the factors in terms of demographical and personal passion of teaching that affect the teaching passion of physical education and class teachers for physical education classes. Target group of the survey consists of 503 physical education and class teachers working in both state and private schools in 2017-2018 Academic Year in Yozgat and its districts. In order to gather information, the survey utilised both the Attitude Scale of the Factors affecting the Teaching Passion (Karaman, 2009) and Demographical Information Scale (DIF). Gathered information was analyzed via Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Parametric tests were used in the analysis of data showing normalized and skewed values of the data set. Independent sample t-test, one-way Anova, frequency analysis, chi-square test were used in the study, which was subjected to Cronbach's Alpha test in terms of reliability of the study. According to the research results, attendants substantially accept the positive factors that affect the passion for teaching based on Motivation Process and School System and they also accept the negative factors Lack of Motivation Process, Input and the materials about instutional background dimension.
