Abstract (EN)

The aim of the present study was to determine work-related behaviors and experience patterns of physical education and sport teachers and to analyze them according to the different variables. A total of 241 physical education and sport teachers, 149 (61.8%) males and 82 (38.2%) females who worked during 2016-2017 academic year in Eskişehir participated in the study. "Work-Related Behavior and Experience Patterns Scale" short form was used in this study. The data collection was analyzed with Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Descriptive Analysis, Independent Sample t Test and Pearson's Product-Moment Correlation. It was found out that 117 (48.5%) of the physical education and sport teachers were in the "Type G" healthy group, 14 (5.8%) were in "Type S" heedless attitude group, 80 (33.2%) were "Type A" hyper devotion individuals and 30 (12.4%) were in "Type B" exhaustion group. It was found out that work-related behaviors and experience patterns of physical education and sport teachers vary significantly in terms of school level at several dimensions. According to correlation analysis results there is a significant relationship between work-related behaviors and experience patterns and age and professional experience at several dimensions.
