Bel_Yz_K.001451 Mecmû'a-i Eş'âr's transribed text and classification according to MESTAP

Mecmuas are highly important sources for Turkish literature history and its researches. They can be compiled by only one person or several people and in various types as well. Mecmuas can be in verse or prose forms. Besides being useful for identifying known poems of recognized poets, mecmuas are also useful while identifying to be discovered poets and recognized poets' unknown poems and ghazals. The poetry mecmua that has been analyzed whose author is unknown is Bel_Yz_K.001451 numbered Mecmû'a-i Eş'âr and it consists of 83 pages. In this poetry mecmua, there are 21 poets and 262 verses belonging to these poets. These poets are from 15th and 16th centuries. The poetry mecmua is organized under the framework of "Systematic Classification of Collections Project" (MESTAP), and then mecmua subject is discussed. The lives of poets in the mecmua are summarized and the charts of poetry (MESTAP) in the mecmua are given. Finally, the transcribed text of Mecmû'a-i Eş'âr is included.
