SUMMARY Analysing Property Information For Municipal Information Systems: The City of Çorum Municipality Case A need for quick access to spatial information in local administration aries municipality information systems (MIS). Today, even MIS has been adopted in developed countries but in Turkey MIS still under development stage. Because of last spatial information bases on planning, make a decision on strategic planning is a difficult task. As a reason rather than manuel methods, an automated based systems should be used. This system will help to improve urban planning, economical analyses, and spatial data updating. In this study, property data which are the base of MIS have been analysed and a pilot project has been implamented for city of Çorum.
