Abstract (EN)
Nitro-benzoxanthene derivatives (IV,V) were obtained by the condensation reaction of β-naphthol I and nitro-benzaldehydes (II, III) using H2SO4 catalyzed. Some novel benzoxanthene sulfonamide/carboxamide derivatives VIIIa-i, Xa-h, IXa-b and XIa-c were then synthesized by the reaction between sulfonyl/carboxyl chlorides and the novel amino-benzoxanthene compounds VI and VII, which were synthesized by the reduction of nitro-benzoxanthene derivatives IV and V. The structures of these compounds were characterized using spectroscopic analysis (IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR (APT) and HRMS) technique.
