Abstract (EN)
This thesis of consist of three chapters.The first is given mainly concerned with the basic definitions about integral inequalities and related to riesz potentials of order (m,k) required for our study.İn the second chapter is given riesz transforms.İn the final chapter we consider the boundedness of riesz transformations and riesz potentials in beppo-levi spaces.
