The effect of organizational health on organizational identification in five star thermal hotel establishments: The case of Afyonkarahisar province

The individualization of the understanding of working in the global world affects the organizations to apply different commitment policies to their employees. Globalization, modern approaches, intensify organizational structure and employee relations. For this reason, the relationship between organizational health perception and organizational identification has been examined. Employee behaviors that lead the organization to their goals are considered important in terms of organizational identification. In this context, its effect on healthy organization and organizational identification has been investigated. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of organizational health perceptions of employees working in five star thermal accommodation enterprises in Afyonkarahisar province on organizational identification. Here, a questionnaire was applied to 428 employees selected from businesses related to non-random sampling. Correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between organizational health and organizational identification. Positive and medium strength relationships were found between organizational health and organizational identification. The relations that emerged as a result of the correlation analysis were examined. Correlation test was applied to determine the role of organizational health on organizational identification. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that organizational health has a positive effect on organizational identification.
