Abstract (EN)

Today, most of the roads consist of asphalt pavement. Asphalt pavements environmental conditions and vehicle loads etc. causes deformation. Deformed asphalt pavements are scraped and asphalt pavement is made again. Asphalt wastes generated as a result of scraping are taken to storage areas and stored. The use of ever-increasing waste material in concrete instead of aggregate reduces environmental pollution and energy use, reducing costs. The use of concrete and reinforced concrete, which is the most widely used, in seaside, humid and humid environments creates problems such as strength, cost and durability in concrete. One of these problems is the corrosion of the reinforcement and the failure of the reinforcement to fulfill its function over time. Within the scope of this study, the physical and mechanical properties of the concretes produced by using certain proportions of Glass Fiber (C) and Scraped Asphalt Waste (KAA) were investigated, as well as reinforcement corrosion. 0%, 30%, 60% and 90% by weight of KAA was replaced with 0-4 mm crushed sand. As a fiber, 6 mm long C was included in the mixture in the amount of 0.5, 1 and 1.5 kg/m3 by weight. CEM I 42.5 R type Portland Cement was used as a binder in the production of concrete samples. The water/cement ratio of 0.4 was kept constant and 5-12 mm crushed stone aggregate, 0-4 mm crushed sand and KAA were used as aggregates. For the accelerated corrosion test, 8 mm diameter ribbed reinforced concrete steel was used. Pressure and splitting tensile strength, capillary water absorption, unit weight, porosity, water absorption, ultrasound transmission rate, bohme (abrasion) resistance, electrical resistivity and accelerated corrosion tests were applied to the produced concretes at curing ages of 7, 28 and 90 days. As a result of the experiments applied to the concrete samples, the availability of KAA was determined and it was concluded that the ideal replacement rate was 30%.
