Abstract (EN)
In this study, some physical and chemical analysis of soil samples and and carbon mineralization in the soil with macrofungi additions in the ratio of half (1/2) and quarter (1/4) of this value and equivalent to soil carbon content (1/1) of Suillus collinitus (Fr.) Kuntze macrofungi and its soils sampled from two different altitudes in Osmaniye Korkut Ata University (160 m) and Zorkun plateau Çiftmazı location (800 m) were evaluated. C mineralization in soils was determined under controlled conditions (28°C, 42 days) by CO2 respiration method. Clay%, silt%, sand%, pH, CaCO3%, C%, N%, C/N ratio, K% and Mg% contents differed significantly between elevations (P<0.05). At the end of the 42-days incubation, the effect of different additions of fungi to the soil from 160 m elevation on the cumulative carbon mineralization was statistically significant (P <0.05) and while the lowest cumulative carbon mineralization was in T + 1/1, the highest mineralization was in application of T + 1/4 No statistically significant difference was observed between the cumulative carbon mineralizations of soils from 800 m elevation and added mushrooms in different dose additions (P> 0.05). When the carbon mineralization rates of soils at different altitudes were compared, it was determined that the mineralization rate was 160% higher than the added (T), T + 1/4 and T + 1/2 added soils were significantly higher than all doses at 800 m elevation (P <0.05). In line with all findings; it was concluded that the addition of macrofungi with elevation difference affects the carbon mineralization of soils.
