Abstract (EN)

In this study, the color change and the differences in color changes according to each other of four artificial tooth groups having different chemical contents colored by coffee and red wine solutions with different chemical ingredients were examined under in-vitro conditions as a result of the bleaching mouthrinses. For this purpose, polymethylmethacrylate which is reinforced with cross-links, microfilling composite resin and nano hybrid composite resin materials for each of 30 pieces, total 120 units A2-colored upper jaw central artificial teeth with the largest dimensions and the flatest vestibule surfaces were used. After artificial teeth are kept in coffee and red wine solutions, they are kept in Listerine Advance White, Cest 3D White and distilled water solutions; initial, post-coloring, 1st month, 3rd month and 6th month color values were measured with the spectrophotometer (VITA Easyshade Advance 4.0) device from the middle triple region of the artificial teeth and L *, a *, b * parameters were recorded. ΔE and ΔWID indices were used to evaluate color changes. Statistical significance level (α) was taken as 5% in calculations and for the calculation SPSS (IBM SPSS for Windows, Ver.24) statistical package program was used. It has been concluded that nano hybrid composite artificial teeth show less color change than other groups, color recovery increases with time and there is no difference between the effects of whitener mouthrinses on color changes of colored artificial teeth used in this study.
