Abstract (EN)

With the increase in the importance of energy produced in wind speed, the speed with the same degree of importance, pressure and temperature data to estimate, has become extremely important.Estimates for the realization of this data, are used in a variety of models. Linear Multiple Regression Analysis and Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) methods, are used for design model used in this thesis. With these two different methods used to estimate, which put forward the method to be more successful. For the wind speed and temperature, ANFIS, for the pressure in estimation. Linear Multiple Regression Analysis method was seen to be more successful. In this study, for the province of Bilecik, wind speed, temperature and pressure estimates are obtained. Posses to Bilecik province, using data between the years 2000-2009 of the temperature, pressure and wind speed data, values were estimated for the year 2010. Thereafter, by 2010, predicted values were compared with actual values.According to forecasts will be achieved, provides wind energy systems, rapid adaptation to changing climatic conditions are be attained. The data obtained with this study, for Bilecik province and around will be a reference who wants to take advantage of wind energy.Key Words : ANFIS, regression, pressure, temperature, wind speed
