Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study was to analyze the factors associated with the productivity of Information and Communication Technology-based on-the-job trainings on the point of views of teachers who attend to the technology-based on-the-job trainings and authorized teachers in the Ministry of Education. In this study; we used multiple cases study in the qualitative study method in order to analyze the problems, expectations and requirements of the teachers in Information and Communication Technology-based on-the-job training. Data were obtained from interviews and unstructured observations. The study included the 13 teachers in various primary schools of Trabzon, 4 teachers in Vakfıkebir district and 2 authorized teachers in Ministry of Education. Data were extracted with analytic studies and interpreted with tables. According to study findings; we found that factors associated with the productivity of Information and Communication Technology-based on-the-job training were; education specialists, voluntary participation, level of readiness for technology, duration of education, environmental conditions and infrastructure of the education place, practical training, number of participants, mentor, assessment after education and technological pedagogical content knowledge.
