Abstract (EN)
Health Service; From the past to the present, and especially in recent years, technology has made great progress with the rapid progress. However, the heart of the hospitals was almost information systems. Because all the personal information and health data of the patients have been installed on these systems and made it possible to reach the information in an integrated manner at any time. In this way, accurate and rapid diagnosis can be made to the patient. In this study; The effects of Information Technologies on the Quality of Health Services were investigated. Purpose of the study; Determination of quality perceptions and satisfaction levels of health care services for patients in Sakarya Province. In order to achieve this goal, doctors, health personnel, medical secretaries and patients working in the Sakarya Training and Research Hospital and Sakarya Maternity Hospital were consulted about the benefits of Information Technologies for the quality of Health Services. A total of 416 questionnaires were analyzed with SPSS 21.00 statistical package program with the help of various analyzes. Based on the results, suggestions were made to improve the quality of healthcare services and the impact of information technologies on health care services, healthcare workers and people who want to make academic studies in this field.
