Abstract (EN)
Today, because knowledge and technological developments increase and more suitable environment and conditions are provided, most of the production and consumption materials are traded more easily. Thanks to the electronic commerce, many companies have turned to electronic commerce as they can reach the goods, services and consumers that cannot be reached with traditional marketing methods. As in other countries, also in Turkey, the number of electronic commerce users and the volume of transactions have gone up due to the increase in the number of electronic commerce sites and the number of products supplied in time. In this study, the knowledge that enables the development of electronic commerce, electronic commerce tools and the development of electronic commerce in Turkey are focused.
