Infrastructure capabilities of knowledge and effects of processes of knowledge over management organizational performans

Infrastructure capabilities of knowledge management and effects of processes? of knowledge over management organizational performances have been examined in this research. Infrastructure capabilities of knowledge management are the required infrastructure capabilities for knowledge management in organization. These are structure of organization, technology and its culture. Briefly, culture of organization is total shared values and knowledge management is the preliminary condition for knowledge management process in the organization, in other words culture of organization affects knowledge management process. Besides that, other infrastructure capability of technology, affects knowledge management process because of it facilitates getting information.Infrastructure capabilities of knowledge management affect knowledge management processes. Knowledge management processes and infrastructure capabilities more affect organizational activity because of they placed side by side. This research?s aim is bring up the infrastructure capabilities of knowledge management?s influences on knowledge management process and organizational activity. Research performed at one of the biggest inspection company?s headquarters of our country?s and headquarters of a bank?s that?s headquarters located in İstanbul. Poll has been used in the research as scale that prepared by Andrew H. Gold, Arvind Malhotra and Albert H. Segars (2001). Model evaluated with analysis of linear regression in program of SPSS 16.0. Therefore;Organizational structure, technology and organization culture appear that they have influence on collecting information. Organizational structure and culture are appear that knowledge management processes such as transforming usable information, applying transformed information to the organization, protection of information and infrastructure capabilities are influence the activity. Knowledge management affects all processes activity but more effect has seen at the practice. Infrastructure capabilities and knowledge management processes affect organizational activity but analysis has gotten minor importance because of processes have more effect.
