Abstract (EN)
The developments in the field of informatics have a great effect on the field of law. As the crime types that are frequently encountered in daily life, can be easily committed in the informatics environment, some of the acts are enacted as crimes. In this study, first, we try to explain informatics and related concepts and pattern of criminality in order to present a better understanding of crimes. Subsequently, system and data intervention crimes are examined within the scope of Turkish Penal Code Article 244/1-2 and elements of crime are discussed. In the last part, crime of unjust benefit that is enacted in Turkish Penal Code Article 244/4 is examined, and finally, it is aimed to clarify the subject by comparing the crimes examined in the scope of this study with similar crimes enacted in Turkish Penal Code.
