Abstract (EN)
Energy consumption in housing has gained great importance with the increasing population and the increasing need for housing in parallel. The most efficient use of energy supply, which is limited together with developing technology, is very important in terms of transferring both the country and the world we live in to future generations. Cost optimum solution has a 15% advantage in terms of global cost and 45% advantage in terms of energy consumption compared to the reference building. Approximately zero energy in the building efficiency package, global cost increases by 25% and energy consumption decreases by 92%.
