Bingöl Community Center and its activity (1936-1951)

After having been won the independence was success fully and having been laid foundations of New Turkish State, nev foundation andin stution in many fields had been created to conduct the studies in social, culturale conomicande ducation fields. These fo- undatitions and institution scommonaims were that to develop Turkish nation who had broke nupwarprocess yet. Also, the ir otheraim was to advance in all fields the govermentand advancing modern civilizations. It is possible to talk about dominating mentality of The Ottoman Empire in social, cultural, economy and educati on field in all Anatolia. In behalf of changing this mentality, new found Turkish State, that is to say Turkish Republic leader stafftends to The West and They had done studies about Revoluti on Movements which multi-pur poses studies fort he mentality. In this direction, The Public rooms was founded in 1932 where not to have been founded The Public House in ruralarea. Bingöl Public House was founded in the East Anatolia 1936 to instruct people an din forming people who living in ot her areas.
