Abstract (EN)
Building automation and efficiency analysis is not a single concept, but is an engineering process that requires long and detailed calculations and includes their applications. It becomes an essentiality for engineers in our world placing energy and human?s comfort in first priority to get busy with such a hard work for gradually increasing intelligent buildings. To minimize operating costs with a correct study of estimated automation project values and resulting values in the application is a subject of this thesis. The VRV system in our automation system is a system that has low installation costs and easy application process.
