Abstract (EN)

The use of unmanned systems to increase efficiency is referred to as Industry 4.0. The utilization of technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence, additive manufacturing, and cloud systems to support unmanned systems is also part of this revolution. An application study was undertaken in this study to introduce Industry 4.0 by preventing waste and problems caused by human factors in a packaging facility's product-feeding process. In the application, the benefits of replacing two operators in the current process's product feeding area with a robot were assessed utilizing industrial engineering methodologies. When the procedure was employed with a robot, efficiency grew dramatically, expenses reduced, and human-related difficulties decreased as a result of the application. Because of the benefits observed the packing facility's management launched a feasibility assessment for the employment of robots in other parts of the relevant process.
