An investigation into Aydoğan Yavaşlı's life as an author of children's literature, his works and the values he reflects in his works

This study aims to determine the educational values of Aydoğan Yavaşlı, a writer of Turkish children's literature, in his life, works and works. In this research using the qualitative research method, the screening model was adopted. The works of the author for children and teenagers constitute the scope of the research. A personal interview was held with the author to contribute to the research. While the study was being conducted, the subjects mentioned in the research were read, tagged, and then classified. Thesis's study context constitutes the works and values of Aydoğan Yavaşlı. The sample consists of 56 works written by Aydoğan Yavaşlı's .These ınclude Yavaşlı's values we examined. All selected stories were read from beginning to end; The detected values are tagged. For each story, reading, grading, evaluation and evaluation were carried out separately. The evaluation results of each story were collected under separate headings, and how the messages related to the values were given in the story and how the values were handled. According to the information obtained as a result of the research, it is observed that Aydoğan Yavaşlı's works appealed to adults as well as to children. Based on the results reached in the research, suggestions were made on issues related to children's literature in Aydoğan Yavaşlı and his works.
