Energy resources is the most important reason for the competition of the states with each other and the increase of productions, which began after Industry Revolution. All states determine their diplomacy according to the strategical energy resources rather than economical relations thus want to dominate energy sector that is the most important and productive sector. The states, which have effective energy sources in international area, give shape to their strategies in parallel to the effective energy sources. Some states give shape to their strategies by focusing on their advanced technology. Some states use their geographical superiority while giving shape to their strategies to break up monopolies of some energy sources and states. The aim of this study is to examine importance of geographic station of Turkey in the international enegy projects and relationship which was established by Turkey first with Russia and other states by considering the fact of balance.
