Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, a ducted propeller system is designed, produced and tested. Ducted propeller is a method for increasing static trust. Main objective of this study is designing a duct and producing this duct to compare changes of static thrust between open propeller and ducted propeller. First of all, a static thrust test stand is designed and produced in CNC machine. Than by using that test stand, static thrust experimentation of open propeller test is done. After that, a propeller is chosen and design of duct is based on that propeller. Than experimental results, which are static thrust of ducted propeller and static thrust of open propeller, is compared. Ducted propeller which is used with 13*6 apc propeller has a static thrust increase ratio of %6, 13*6 wood propeller has a little static thrust increase with certain rpm values and 13*4 open propeller has better static trust ratio than ducted propeller system.
