The effect of locus of control on social exchange relationships in organizations

The point of this study is to find an answer for the question "How does the locus of control affect the social exchange relations in organizations?". Quantitive research methods are used in order to reach the stated purpose. One hundred and fiffty eight teachers who work in the government schools have been surveyed. The acquired data has been analyzed by using regression in SPSS 26.0 software. According to the results of the regression analysis it has been found that the perception of internal locus of control affects the perception of leader member exchange negatively and the perception of leader member exchange affects the perception of trust in leader positively.
