Abstract (EN)

Energy is one of the most important parameters for development of the nations. The provision of energy in an economic, environment friendly, sustainable, continuous and reliable way is a docket topic all over the world. As a developing country, Turkey has a situation over average of the world in the view point of the energy consumption. Since the energy input cost is high, it must be used economically. With special discounts in taxes in some territories of Turkey, industry has gained a high velocity.Health, environmental effects and cost are the key parameters of the products of modern industry. Thus, the investors are to produce in highly challenging situations and discover the new ways of producing according to the key parameters. So polymer products became popular in modern world, taking place of metal and glass.In this study, energy resources of our land Turkey, their percentage in electricity were argued, plastic industry and supply-demand temperance?s all over the world and Turkey were studied. Finally an example of plastic plant feasibility in Kütahya city was examined technically and by cost. Then it's decided whether the investment is feasible or not.
