Abstract (EN)
Increasing of promotion channel alternatives spread the competition to wider area in the market. In management continuing with traditional methods, missing raised approaches in marketing is a big lost for competition. The roule of social media that is inside new trends of marketing, is a wonder issue for today?s marketing approaches. In this study we tried to understand impacts of social media to brand loyalty. The research applied on Turkish Airlines Facebook Likers. Sampling cluster for the study comprises the Turkish Airlines worldwide Facebook Likers and especially from Turkey. The questionnaire is prepaired as a Google document and related link published from Turkish Airlines Facebook page. Worldwide participants could reach to document with just one click on the internet and the data collected.Sampling of the research is convenience sampling that is a nonrandom sampling method. Suitability of the quantitative data collected is analyzed to see impact of social media to brand loyalty through Chi-Square test, One Way ANOVA test, Factor Analyses and Structural Equaten Modelling methods.
