Abstract (EN)
In this study, the learning situations of the employees in a textile production process were analyzed and the effect of this situation on the total production time was examined. Using the learning curve model which was first introduced by Wright, the learning rates of the employees in the process were calculated. At the same time, Wright's thesis that as the number of repetitions of the same job increases, the total time required to complete the job will decrease and thus the costs will decrease as well. As a result of this study, it was determined that with the increase in the learning rate, the total production time was shortened and the productivity increased.
