Abstract (EN)

The concept of person-organization fit has a significant effect on both organizational outcomes and interpersonal relationships. Employees who do not comply with the values of the company they work for and do not enjoy their work intend to leave the company by searching for new jobs in the short term. In this study, the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between person-organization fit and intention to quit was tried to be revealed. During the determination of the scope and sample size of the research, the reports containing the statistical data, analysis and evaluations to be obtained from the employees employed in the private health institutions in Kayseri and the previous researches were examined. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used in the study. As a result of the analyzes, it has been found that job satisfaction plays a partial mediator role in the effect of person-organization fit on intention to quit.
