Abstract (EN)
Security is an important concept in organizations as well as a concept which has been given importance since the day individuals existed. The concept which started with the individual in the historical process of security and then moved to the military dimensions with traditional security and changed and developed with the end of the cold war period, followed by economic, environmental, global, political, social and so on. security forms. As Maslow's needs pyramid shows, the need for security to complete the full development of the individual is one of the most fundamental steps. As it is observed in the literature researches, one of the main problems of ontology called existence science and philosophy of existence is existence or not. It is seen that the subject of ontological security developed within the concept of ontology constitutes the struggles posed by the self in the face of the difficulties and risks faced by individuals and this concept has a history of approximately fifty years. Though recently intensified the increase in security needs of both individuals and organisations has been a long-term issue and the abundance of services provided necessitated the emergence of professional care regarding such needs. Accordingly, insurance organisations that provide services for meeting the security needs of individuals and organizations provide assurance covering the present and possible risks in return for a foreordained risk premium on an insurance contract and losses are paid in case of financial loss. Due to changing customer perception, economic conditions, and accessibility market share has lost its importance while share of customer has gained importance. While customer satisfaction and loyalty emerge as important markers in increasing share of customer, especially in the service sector CRM (Customer Relationships Management) has a key role in achieving these. In this study, it is aimed to examine the effect of customer relationship management on ontological security through insurance owner-managers. In this context, in the first two chapters of the study, literature is given; security, ontology, ontological security, insurance, insurance and CRM concepts are defined and sub-headings are examined. In the third chapter, the effects of demographic factors on ontological safety and CRM dimensions were questioned and the effects of CRM dimensions on ontological safety were determined according to the hypotheses and SPSS 18.0 program was used to analyze the data.
