Analysis of individual pension system sources and uses

Social security problem which is the common problem of the both developed and under developed countries, come into prominence especially in 1980?s and countries both adopt and changed their politics in eliminating troubles in social security system and reconstruction. In Turkey, it has been faced same problems and İndividual pension saving and investment system law no.4632 regulation has been put in to action to eliminate this troubles. Along with the regulation both took an important step in needed reform in eliminating troubles in current social security system and came to new phase in increasing the effect of corporate investors in share markets.System, is founded on augmenting the defined and regular contribution made by participants in pension funs to provide fringe benefit to comfort individuals for retirement period. In this system, the point must be given importance by both regulating and implementing sıdes-beyond improving government economy and markets and creating source for government treasury-canalizing the accumulations of the participants who joint this system just to get satisfactory fringe benefit in retirement period, to investment. At first stage this function of system must be fullfilled, later macroeconomic developments anticipated from the system in medium and long period must be observed and evaluated.
