Corporate group in Individual Labor Law

Corporate group is a private individual association that does not have a legal personality and is subject to Company Law. The elements of a corporate group are a controlling company, a associated company, and control. The dominant of the corporate group may also be a holding or an enterprise. In our work titled "Corporate Group in Individual Labor Law", firstly the concept of corporate group is discussed by referring to the differences between the concepts of holding and joint venture. In this context, the elements of the corporate group are emphasized. Afterwards, the determination of employers in corporate group is explained. Under this title, the concepts of piercing the corporate veil, organic bond, and co-employment were examined. In addition, in our work, the effect of the corporate group on the obligations of employee and employers is emphasized. Finally, the protection of the employee against termination and the labor receivables in the corporate group were examined. While this work was carried out, the decisions of the Court of Cassation were referred to as much as possible. In addition, in our work, the comparison, when necessary, was also made with German Law.
