Abstract (EN)

It began operating in capital markets since 1992 in Turkey Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) in the organization's basic objectives is to meet the housing needs of the country and to ensure the planned construction. REITs today provide income to their partners both globally and also provide solutions to the problems of countries such as housing needs, planned construction and illegal construction. With the offering of REITs' shares, large savings can be achieved with small resources and shares can be transferred to shareholders. As a result, REITs can contribute to the national economy in general, especially in the capital market. However, as in other sectors, there are also factors affecting REITs in the real estate sector, as well as variables that shape their areas of activity. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of financial ratios on the stock market performance of the 10 REITs with large transaction volume through panel regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, statistical significance on the PD / DD variables, equity multiplier, fixed assets / equity and equity profitability variables became significant.
