Abstract (EN)

In this study, waste newspaper, vegetable waste oils and waste polypropylene (rPP) as a polymer were used as lignocellulosic filler. The Waste newsprint paper is grinded and kept in a drying oven at 60 ° C for about 24 hours, then mixed with waste polypropylene in certain proportions on a precision scale and weighed to produced composite material, these prepared mixtures are sent to the extrusion machine set at 170, 175, 180, 185 ° C temperature levels for heat treatment, has been put. Performance characteristics of wood-plastic composites (OPK) produced by extrusion method were determined. The performances of the produced plates were evaluated by determining their mechanical and thermal properties. In the light of the results obtained; Of all waste components can be used in composite production It was concluded that waste vegetable oils such as waxes could be used.
