Abstract (EN)

Factors such as the globalizing world's necessity for universal access to energy, the difficulty of meeting the increasing energy need, and the inadequate energy distribution to the current order show the need for a new distribution technology. In this period when we are experiencing the fourth industrial revolution, where energy is so needed in the energy sector, it is more important to use energy efficiently than energy production. With the developing technology, many innovations have been made in energy distribution systems. Especially systems established with smart grids have made energy use more efficient. However, the loss due to long transmission lines and the extra cost paid to distributors are distributed equally to all users. As a solution to this problem, by applying blockchain technology, whose applicability is still being discussed in many areas, in energy trade, a world in which energy will be global distribution is proposed. It is very important to understand and apply the distributed ledger system that blockchain technology adapts to and to be able to systematically examine the challenges and opportunities in terms of directing the energy markets. In this thesis, energy distribution, which is indispensable for sustainable development plans such as combining the supply and demand for blockchain-based energy trade, monitoring its distribution, smart contracts, P2P energy trade, with the increasing use of renewable energy and digitalization has been evaluated. In addition, a web page has been designed where users are registered and energy trade is made. The average amount of energy produced and consumed, determined by smart meters, can be seen by the energy buyer. A system is designed in which all sellers can be listed according to the distance from the buyer and can buy cheaper energy from the closer seller. An address-based payment system has been proposed in an ecosystem consisting of renewable energy resources. A smart contract created with Solidity language is written in the remix editor.
