The effect of women entrepreneurship in regional development: The case of Elazig

Abstract (EN)

According to development level, there ara classification of developed, developing and underdeveloped. Development begins winth individual, it improves with education, and it makes contribution to region and it helps to reduce foreign despondency.Howewer,at that point,the concept of development separate from the concept of entergement (growth).While the concept of enlargement means the quantitative progress,the concept of development means qualitative propress.The features of human nature keeps alive the entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurship appears produce new things,contribute to society and progress in human nature.It continues with persons’s desires of business establisment,produce high income and being master.On that work, it is investigated the contributions of women entrepreneur on regioral development and active business life.The results of that work used survey method shows that women entrepreneur’s expectations are provide employment opportunity, contribute to production and cut down on migration.
