Abstract (EN)
In agricultural lands; The latest legislation prepared for the purpose of protection, development and division of the soil is after Law No. 5403, the Law Amending the Law No. 6537 on Soil Protection and Land Use, 2014. With this regulation, the conditions under which the transfer of ownership rights on the non-divisible agricultural lands and how to apply them are determined. In this study, inheritance and sale of agricultural land in Turkey was examined in depth in the place of transfer of property rights legislation; In accordance with the laws, regulations and application instructions, the application conditions and processes determined by the ministry are explained in detail, deficiencies and problems in today's conditions are identified and recommendations are made.
