Abstract (EN)
In my work, the received boron samples from Eti Mine Plant in Emet and Hisarcık district of Kütahya as F4 (clay between 0-1 zone), F12 (3rd zone ore clay), FH14 (kapıkaya clay) were investigated. My aims were to solubilize boron industrial wastes produced as a result of production in the plants of these regions, and then to chemically analyse and to determine the amount of cesium metal in these wastes. To determine the optimum extraction conditionf of cesium in boron wastes, the parameters of roasting temperature, the mass ratios of different salts to boron wastes, roasting time, the mixing time under back cooler at 100°C and solid/liquid ratio were investigated.
