Abstract (EN)

In this thesis study, for the first time, the electrochemical properties of the drug Vindesine, one of the vinca alkaloids, were examined on the boron doped diamond (BDD) electrode surface using the Cyclic voltammetry (CV) technique. Quantification was also investigated by square-wave adsoptive stripping (SW-AdS) voltammetry technique. Different supporting electrolytes and different pH values were investigated, and the supporting electrolyte medium and pH value to be studied were determined. The working conditions were optimized and the effects of anionic, neutral and cationic (SDS, TRT X-100, CTAB) surfactants on pH were investigated. Britton-Robinson (BR, pH 2.0) buffer medium containing SDS was chosen as the working medium of the vindesin substance. Observability limit (LOD 0.00675 µM) and detection lower limit (LOQ 0.0225 µM) were calculated in quantification studies performed with SW-AdS voltammetry technique. The applicability of the developed method to the pharmaceutical sample has been tested.
