Abstract (EN)
Boron is not found free in nature, it exists as B2O3 together with oxides of other elements. Boron is a micronutrient in live nutrition. Microelements have very high coefficients of action and are sufficient to provide the best effect even in very small quantities. The term ionic liquid is used for salts that melt below 100 °C. If the melting point of the salt is below room temperature, these salts are called ionic liquids at room temperature. In addition to ionic liquids dissolving a wide variety of substances such as oil, protein, plastic, they also dissolve many metal catalysts dissolved by polar organic and aromatic solvents, making them inevitable to be used in many reactions. Having very low vapor pressures has also increased the use of ionic liquids as solvents. In this study, B2O3 as cation source, N methylethanolamine (N-Mea), amino-2-propanol (Apro), 2-amino-1 butanol (Abut), N,N,N',N'-tetrakis as anion source. By using six different ligands such as (2-hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine N (Theta), bis(2-hydroxypropyl)amine (Bishypa) and ethanolamine, new ionic liquids (BIS) containing halogen compounds were used. Therefore, this thesis includes a regeneration model using the aforementioned house and the SAOS-2 bone cell line. In addition, the effects of BISs on various cancer types (prostate, colon, breast) that are common in the world have been investigated by modeling in vitro conditions.
