Abstract (EN)

The aims of this study are to determine the seasonal changes in mineral nutrient concentrations of the leaves of Manzanilla olive tree at the Experimental Station of Agriculture Faculty, University of Adnan Menderes, Aydın, Turkey and to determine the most appropirate leaf sampling date for this cultivar in Aydın region. For this purpose, 30 olive trees grown under rainfed condition without fertigation and pest control in ?off? cropped season were selected and leaf and soil samples were taken monthly.The leaf analysis showed that the most appropriate leaf sampling time is February for N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu elements, and May-August or September-October periods for B for the Manzanilla olive cultivar grown in Aydın under rainfed conditions.
