Evidence obtained illegally in divorce cases

The subject of our thesis is "Proof problems and violations of rights in divorce cases". Our study consists of three parts; In the first part, the termination of marriage and especially the concept of divorce, the principles on which divorce is based, the reasons for divorce in the Turkish Civil Code, the proof in divorce proceedings are examined. In the second part, illegal evidence, opinions in doctrine and practice on this subject are given, and the evidences that can be used in divorce cases are discussed. In the third chapter, the reflections of illegal evidence on divorce cases were tried to be explained with examples, and finally, our study was completed by stating our opinion on this issue.
