The subject of our study is " The Mediation of in the Legal Consequences of Divorce". In this context, after it is being mentioned of the alternative dispute resolution in general primarily, the concept of mediation as an alternative dispute resolution, was focused on the legal nature and history, compared with other methods of alternative dispute resolution in mediation, the general principles of mediations, reasons to prefer mediation, the mediation law in conflict of legal order, it was executed of the study subject in the scope of the legal disputes that it found the field of application of the mediator and was established applicability of the mediation in divorce suits which comprises of our study in the scope of mediation law in legal disputes. In the second section, the divorce concept, it is intended to clarify by researching extensively the reasons that ends of marriage and the legal results on the children and spouses, and by evaluating within the limitations of the mediation law in legal disputes for having it out in the frame of the mediator of the legal results. In this evaluation, it is to establish applicabilty in the divorce suits that have importance especially of the continuing of the personal relationships and to draw the boundaries of the settling disputes by means of civil and peaceful with the mediation that is one of the solutions in case of divorcing of the spouses and finds the field of application in the recent years in our country.
