Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, spent photovoltaic solar panels are tried to be deflated by reducing the heat and inflating the panel with shrink material to inflate the panel coating. The prices of the lower surfaces of the panels are obtained by steam processing and transactions are made with the data obtained. The outward time-dependent values were measured to and from sunlight. What will be displayed on the panel related to the analysis obtained during the forecast period. A 105W PV panel was used for experiment two. The back part of the panel is used spirally. Another panel was left empty for control purposes and to allow the protection of a panel in the field. Panel input 3 different surface temperatures and ambient, input temperatures are power, current and volt values that occur depending on previous and time. According to the results, all panels used in the experimental setup do not perform adequately. The test tests that have been done are compared with the data of the cooling device panel and the empty panel. There is a %5,73 power generation excess in the panel. When we compare the power of the panels when empty, on average, the panel produced 0,5W less power over the entire day. Both panels are not in the same hotel. While the calculations were %9 of the electrical efficiency, the efficiency was %7,9 in the proportional panel. In the experiment, the average temperature value of the 3rd day of the cooling module was 33ºC, while the average temperature of the reference panel remained at 40ºC. In the study, the panel was cooled to 14ºC and this temperature difference could be increased even more. The amount of power to be produced by the panel was observed by keeping the module 3rd panel back surface temperature constant at 30ºC, which was cooled at 25ºC close to the ideal operating temperature. The amount of energy consumed by the compressor, which is a cooling element, for 3 hours in total was found to be 0.319 kWh. A 40W panel will be sufficient to meet this amount of energy consumed. In our study, the cooled module completely covered the back surface of the panel no. 3 with water and cooled the entire surface area equally. Due to the fact that this cooled surface area is equal, compared to other studies, the entire surface area is cooled equally, except for the areas where the cooling pipes come into contact. Thus, the panel has been increased efficiently.
