Investigation and study of the first section from the book "Tuhfat Al-Akhyyar by Aldurr Almukhtar" by Sheikh Burhan Addin Ibrahim Alhalabi Almudari

This thesis is a scientific investigation and study of the first section of the book " Tuhfat Al-Akhyyar by Aldurr Almukhtar " by sheikh Burhan Addin Ibrahim Alhalabi Almudari. He is one of the leading scholars of the 12th century of Hijri. "Altuhfa" is a footnote on the content of "Aldurr Almukhtar" in the Hanafi Figh. This section includes the book of "Tahara" purity and prayer times. I have chosen three copies, the first is corrected and it is the author's time, the second in his time but not corrected, it is not without a little flaw. And the third is more than a mistake and fall. And the third is more than a mistake and fall So I collected the content on the three copies and I indicated the point of difference. This thesis has two parts and an introduction. The first section is study that contains translation of Temertash and the content of "Tanweer Al-Absar". Then a translation for its explainer Ala'a Al-din Al-haskafi and his book " Aldurr Almukhtar ". Then the explainer Alburhan Ibrahim Alhalabi and his content, and I explained his style and references. He is one of the leading scholars of the Ottoman Empire that its capital is Istanbul. The second section: It is the verified text, it begins with the author's introduction and the book of purit and prayer times. I tuned what needs to be, documenting references and producing verses and hadiths. And general indexing includes verses, hadiths, poetic verses, places and scientific terms, in addition punctuation marks were put in place. To sum up, I found that the attribution of this book to its author is correct, its accuracy in transmission and quotation, his a good style and his respect with scholars in transmission and response.
