Abstract (EN)
This study examines the competitive advantages of Bursa province in agricultural products through detailed analyses, including Porter's Diamond Model and SWOT analysis. Bursa, located in Turkey's Marmara Region, has a rich agricultural heritage supported by its favorable climate, fertile lands, and strategic geographical position. The study identifies key agricultural products- such as chestnuts, grapes, peaches, and olives—as significant contributors to the local and national economy The analysis reveals that Bursa benefits from high-quality products, robust traditional practices, and international demand for its agricultural outputs. However, challenges such as seasonal limitations, high production costs, and climate change risks threaten the sector's sustainability. Opportunities include increasing global demand for healthy, organic products and government incentives, while threats involve growing global competition and environmental factors.
