It analyzes modern scientific facts in comparison with Islamic evidence, examines the core philosophical assumptions of materialist schools of thought, and discusses the extent to which these approaches align or conflict with current scientific findings. The study also addresses the negative effects of materialist thought on both the individual and society. It highlights the complementary relationship between Islamic creed (ʿaqīdah) and cosmic sciences, and sheds light on the rational and theological arguments presented by scholars of kalām regarding the existence of God. Methodology: The research employs three primary methods: A descriptive method in presenting both shar'ī (scriptural) and scientific evidence; An analytical method in evaluating religious and kalām-based arguments; A critical method in examining and refuting materialist and philosophical approaches. Conclusion: The fine-tuned structure of the cosmic system and the complexity found in fields such as biology, physics, and astronomy provide strong evidence for the existence of a wise Creator. The study demonstrates a notable harmony between the scientific signs in revelation and modern discoveries. The integration of religion and science plays a significant role in developing a holistic understanding of existence. In contrast, it is observed that atheist and materialist interpretations fail to offer a coherent explanation for the origin of the universe and life.
